Apartment Fienile

The apartment Fienile, on the ground floor offers accommodation for 5 (+2) people. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a lounge with a bed. An extra bed can be provided and placed in one of the bedrooms. It also offers a shower room, WC and bidet, there is also a hairdryer for your use. There is a kitchen equipped with a gas cooker with 4 hobs and oven and a fridge with a freezer. There is a basic supply of kitchen utensils and cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Bedding and towels will be provided. There is a tv supplied. The pergola is exclusive to the guests of this apartment and offers shade and a pleasant spot to spend an evening. There is a parking spot close to the house. Breakfast can be ordered if required.

There is a common room for everyone’s use. It has a large table and a small library of books, not only in Italian but also some in English.

The small holding is situated on an incline with a view overlooking the Lago Trasimeno. The swimming pool is in sun all day long.

Parking is free and directly next to the buildings.
Activities

The countryside is perfect for hiking or mountain biking. There is a lot to discover in and around the area on day trips to Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi and the Lago Trasimeno. We are happy to help you plan some of these day trips.
