Apartment Belvedere

The Belvedere apartment is on the first floor and offers accommodation for 2 (+1) people. An extra bed can be provided. It has a bedroom with a double bed, tv, shower room, WC and bidet, there is also a hairdryer for your use. There is a small kitchen equipped with a gas cooker with 4 hobs a fridge with a freezer and a microwave oven with a grill. There is a basic supply of kitchen utensils and cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Bedding and towels will be provided. The large terrace is great for enjoying the sun, grilling and relaxing. Its pavillion, table, chairs and loungers are exclusively for the guests of this apartment. There is a parking spot close to the house. Breakfast can be ordered if required.

There is a common room for everyone’s use. It has a large table and a small library of books, not only in Italian but also some in English.

The small holding is situated on an incline with a view overlooking the Lago Trasimeno. The swimming pool is in sun all day long.
Parking

Parking is free and directly next to the buildings.
Activities

The countryside is perfect for hiking or mountain biking. There is a lot to discover in and around the area on day trips to Perugia, Orvieto, Assisi and the Lago Trasimeno. We are happy to help you plan some of these day trips.
